What is the maximum number of painters that can fit on The Little Art Bus?
Due to health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, currently we can only allow up to 10 artists on the bus at a time. Parties with more than 10* participants will need to be split into 2 groups for the creative activities. One group will create on the bus, the other group will need to create outside of the bus, preferably in a covered, climate controlled area like a garage, porch, or covered patio.
How many staff members are at a tlab party?
Our team is dependent on the amount of children attending each individual party. Parties of 20 or less artists will have 2 TLAB Team Members, an instructor and an assistant. Parties of more than 20 will require an additional assistant which will be an additional $50 added to the final cost.
what is your cancellation policy?
PRIVATE PARTIES: A full refund can occur if cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks (or more) before your party starts. Reschedules can be granted one time with at least 10 days notice.
WORKSHOP RESERVATIONS: If you have reservations for a workshop or class and you can't make it, the reservation can be refunded with at least 48 hours notice before class start. A class credit will be issued with at least 24 hours notice. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs, OR if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start.
What is your bad weather policy?
Our first concern is for the safety of our team and party guests.
Should any act of God such as earthquake, flood, storms, snow, etc. or other unforeseen event reasonably beyond our control that prevents access to the premises for a scheduled event, Customer agrees and understands that no refunds are permitted. We understand that situations do come up beyond our control. If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify The Little Art Bus via email or phone as soon as possible. A full refund -$50 reservation deposit can be given if notification is received within 48 hours. If you wish to reschedule, there will be a second reservation fee of $50 if notified less than two weeks before your original date as we cannot book any other events during your reserved slot.
Do we have to be good at painting to participate?
No! Not at all! The canvases for our painting parties and workshops are pre-sketched and our artists provide easy, step-by-step instructions to help everyone produce a great finished product.
How long is a tlab party?
Our mobile party packages range in time from 1.5 to 3 hours. Additional time can be added for an extra $50 per half hour.
How early do you arrive to set up for parties?
Our team will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to a party, depending on time needed to set up.
How far does the little art bus travel?
The Little Art Bus will travel up to 50 miles from our office at 5128 Birchman Ave., Ft. Worth, TX 76107. Parties that are over 25 miles from our office on Birchman Avenue will be charged a $30 trip fee. If you are outside of this travel range, we are more than happy to help you find a location that falls within our 50 mile radius.
Where do I find mobile party times and availability?

Do you supply food, drinks and paper goods?
No, not for mobile parties. We only supply the art and creative experience. Drinks are allowed on the bus, however food is not.
Do you supply tables, tablecloths and chairs?
We only supply surfaces for the art and creative experience. Tables, chairs, and tablecloths for cake and refreshments are the responsibility of the party host.
